Refund & Returns Policy
At Aira, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only if:
The item is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
A return request is raised within 3 days of delivery.
The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Products without original packaging or missing accessories.
Products that show signs of use, wear, or alteration.
Items returned after the 3-day return window.
Change of mind, size issues, or personal preference.
3. Sale Items
Sale or discounted items are eligible for a return/refund only if damaged or defective at delivery.
No returns will be accepted for change of mind or size issues.
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For COD orders, refunds will be made via Bank/UPI transfer.
5. Shipping for Returns
If the return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost.
For rejected returns (item not eligible), the product will be sent back to you, and shipping charges will apply.
6. Cancellations
Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
Orders can only be cancelled before shipping by contacting our support team.
7. Important Notes
All return requests must include clear photos/videos of the product showing the damage/defect.
Aira reserves the right to deny returns if the item does not meet our policy conditions.
Multiple invalid return requests from the same customer may lead to refusal of future orders.
