Refund & Returns Policy

At Aira, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions below.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • The item is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

  • A return request is raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products without original packaging or missing accessories.

  • Products that show signs of use, wear, or alteration.

  • Items returned after the 3-day return window.

  • Change of mind, size issues, or personal preference.


3. Sale Items

  • Sale or discounted items are eligible for a return/refund only if damaged or defective at delivery.

  • No returns will be accepted for change of mind or size issues.


4. Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be made via Bank/UPI transfer.


5. Shipping for Returns

  • If the return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost.

  • For rejected returns (item not eligible), the product will be sent back to you, and shipping charges will apply.


6. Cancellations

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

  • Orders can only be cancelled before shipping by contacting our support team.


7. Important Notes

  • All return requests must include clear photos/videos of the product showing the damage/defect.

  • Aira reserves the right to deny returns if the item does not meet our policy conditions.

  • Multiple invalid return requests from the same customer may lead to refusal of future orders.
